We have amended this projects requirements and made it far simpler. jomsocial will be the main social plugin and all listed plugins are compatible. We will be using jomsocial, jnews, soibpro, rsforms,sh404sef,adsmanager,akeeba... (Budget: $100-$300 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Joomla, MySQL, PHP)
